In the 1880s, railroads arrived in Southern California. The new rail system allowed California produce to be transported to markets throughout the United States. It was necessary to identify the type and origin of the produce, and thus the produce crate label was born.
A Fruit Crate Art Petite Journal is 3 X 3 inches and is just the right size to fit in a pocket or a purse. The book block has 100 lined pages and is made from either alternative fiber or tree-free paper. The cover is a reproduction that is made from a vintage label. These journals are perfect for recording thoughts that pop into our heads when our “big” journals are at home. These journals come packaged in a cute 3.5 X 3.5 inch recycled crate with Pixel Point’s own Fruit Crate Art label. A perfect gift in a perfect package!
A Petite Journal makes a perfect affordable gift as you can usually find a journal with art that will match the personality, interest, or name of the person receiving the gift. If you need a gift for a teacher, associate, friend, you can’t go wrong with one of these journals!
All Petite Journals are made by hand at Pixel Point in Downtown Anderson, South Carolina. All journals come with a cute gift box that has a custom Fruit Crate Art cover for Pixel Point.
